Ingredients
3/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce1 cup sugar4 eggs (or 1 cup eggbeaters)6 cups of uncooked oatmeal (not quick)1 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg2 1/2 cups milk (skim works fine)1 cup of craisins1 cup vanilla yogurt (fat free works fine)
Directions
beat oil, sugar and eggs; stir in yogurt and remaining ingredients; put in greased 12X8 pan and bake for 35-40 minutes
