1 stick butter1 cup chopped pecans8 ounces cream cheese3 cups milk1 cup flour8 ounces Cool Whip2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding1/2 cup pecan halves
Combine butter, flour, chopped pecans. Mix well and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown.
Mix 1 cup Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread over cold crust.
Beat until thick the instant chocolate pudding and milk. Spread on cheese layer.
Cover with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with pecans halves. Chill overnight.
