Cajun Black beans and brown rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked1 tbsp chili powder1 cup vegetable broth1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can fire roasted tomatoes undrained1 can ro-tel drained1 can niblets
Directions
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add rice and chili powder. Cook 2 minutes or until rice begins to turn golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined. Cover skillet, reduce heat to med-low and cook 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
