Ingredients
3 ounces ground beef, extra lean 1 oz feta, crumbled (reduced fat)1 tablespoon salad dressing, Italian, fat-free1 teaspoon oregano, dried 1 teaspoon basil, dried
Directions
Pre-heat skillet or stovetop to medium heat.
Combine ground beef, blue cheese, Italian dressing, oregano, and basil in a small mixing bowl.
Shape meat into ball form, flatten into patty shape, and place in skillet.
Flip patty to cook evenly throughout; 3-5 minutes per side.
Serve on a whole-wheat bun.
