1 lb ground beef, 93% lean4 hamburger buns2 tbsp light mayonnaise2 leafs Romaine lettuce3 cups white shoepeg corn and butter saucesalt, pepper, and hamburger seasonings, to taste
Divide ground beef into 4 equal balls. Form into hamburger shape and make a deep depression in center with your thumb. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste.
Grill or pan fry burgers covered on medium-high heat (375 to 400 degrees) for about 4 minutes each side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
Serve each hamburger on bun with lettuce and 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, and 3/4 cup corn.
