Michelle's Yummy Meatloaf

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, ground, 32 ounces Ground beef, lean, 8 oz Cabbage, fresh, 2.5 cup, shredded Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Montreal Steak Seasoning, 3 tsp Tomatoes, crushed (no salt added), 0.5 cup Egg, raw, 1 large
Directions
Sweat cabbage, onions, and green peppers in a saute pan until wilted and lost most of their moisture. When veggies are wilted, transfer to a mixing bowl and add ground chicken, ground beef, egg, and Montreal seasoning. Combine ingredients thoroughly (I use my hands). When combined, form into a loaf shape and place on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan; or when combined, place in a meatloaf pan. Spread crushed tomatoes on top of loaf and place in 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Using a meat thermometer, the temperature should register 180 degrees when it is done. Enjoy!
