Ingredients
Ingredients: Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .25 cup (not packed) **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large egg white, fresh, 1 large Baking Powder, .25 tsp Baking Soda, .25 tsp Salt, 1 dash Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp *Stevia, .125 tsp
Directions
Blend ingredients together and let sit for 3 minutes (or until flax seed meal is soft). Use the batter as you would 'normal' pancake batter. Enjoy!!
