Happy Herbivore Creamy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 453.5 grams (remove) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .25 cup, dry, yields (remove) Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) *Almond Milk SILK Pure Unsweetened, .5 cup (remove) Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove) Allspice, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
dice the onion, peel and slice the carrots
add water, onion, carrot, and oats to a pot and bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook until carrots are fork-tender
blenderize until smooth; add almond milk
add spices
reheat as needed
