Turkey Cobb Salad

1.5 cups chopped romaine lettuce2 tablespoons low-carb vinaigrette dressing1.5 slices cooked bacon.5 large, hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced.25 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced.5 cups cooked, chopped turkey meat.5 small tomatoes, diced.75 oz crumbled feta cheese
In a large bowl, toss romaine with 3 tablespoons of the dressing and mound it on a large serving platter. Arrange bacon, eggs, avocado, turkey, tomatoes and blue cheese in vertical stripes across the lettuce. Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve.
