Ingredients
4 baby carrots3 large tomatoes1/3 cup Chopped Onions1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 Tbsp Wildtree Garlic Galore1 Tsp Italian Seasoning1/2 Tsp nutmegSalt to taste.
Directions
Boil baby carrots whole until soft. It takes about 15 minutes. Cut fresh tomatoes in chunks. In a food processor or blender puree carrots, tomatoes, and onions. Pour into a medium sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients and reduce to 2 cups.
