1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed1 can 14 1/2 oz Italian diced tomatoes, undrained 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes5 medium carrots, chopped3 celery ribs, chopped1 large onion, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped2 Cup Chopped cabbage2 low-sodium chicken bouillon cubes OR if using 2 cups chicken broth do not add water at end2 tsp. sugar (I used Equal)1 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. pepper1 TBSP cornstarch2 cups cold water
Crock Pot - Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or until vegetables are tender.
