Mom's Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 box of pasta...whatever type you like, cooked and drained1 can of kidney beans drained and rinsed1 med. Bell Pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 or 2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped2 Tbs. of light Buttermilk Ranch Dressing1 14oz can Artichoke hearts, drained and rinsedoptional*** celery, chopped
Directions
Cook pasta and drain. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
Add chicken or tuna if desired.

Serving Size: makes about 8 servings 1.5 cups each.
