No Carb Protien Bar

Ingredients¡á6 scoops chocolate protein powder (Half Casein/Half WPC but any will do)¡á1/2 cup walnuts¡á1/2 cup cashews¡á2 eggs whole¡á2 egg whites¡á1/2 cup LSA mix¡á1 cup almond meal¡á1/2 cup skim milk
Preheat oven to 350¨¬F.
Beat eggs and egg whites together.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Ensure ingredients are well mixed before adding the skim milk and eggs. Stir mixture well, it will become very thick. Add up to another 1/2 cup of water slowly until mixture is a sticky dough.
Spray an 8¡Èx8¡È tray with olive oil. Spread mixture evenly in pan and pop in the oven for 15 minutes. When cooked the bars should still be slightly sticky inside. Cut into 6 pieces and store in the fridge.
