Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup Ingredients: 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can corn 2 cans seasoned black beans (I used rosarita seasoned whole black beans(Ortega) 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel) 2 cans water or chicken broth if you prefer 1 15oz. can tomato sauce(hunts) 1 medium yellow onion (diced) 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1.5 teaspoon Cumin Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients minus Corn and Black Beans in crockpot and cook on LOW for 8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, take chicken out, shred and replace along with corn and black beans. Stir and serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips!
