Hearty Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Vegetable Broth, 3 cups2 med. white Onions, choppedLentils, .5 cup 5 Red Potatoes, cut in half1/2 c. chopped zucchini1 8 oz can Yellow Sweet Corn.5 c. Tomato soup1 10 oz Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Chiles1 5.5 oz can V8 juice.25 c. Parsley, chopped1 c. Portobello Mushrooms, chopped 2 tsp. Onion flakes2 tsp. Garlic powder2 tsp. Basil1 tsp. Ground black pepper1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Add vegetable broth, lentils, onions and red potatoes to 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium and add corn, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, V8 juice, parsley and spices. Cook for 30 mins to an hour. Add mushrooms. Taste and add more spices as needed. Cook until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
