* Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove) * Eden organic Black soy beans, 3.5 serving (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * original Chili Seasoning mix, 2 tbsp (remove) * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Garlic, 3 tsp (remove) * *Onion powder, 2 tsp (remove) * *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving (remove)Salt and pepper to taste
1: Brown onions in a non-stick stock pan w/ a little beef broth
2: Add hamburger w/ all seasonings and brown
3: Add tomatoes and water
4: Cook to a boil, then turn down and simmer for 30 mins or longer for even more flavor.
Add salt and pepper to taste, garnish w/ onions cilantro
Serving Size: Makes approx 6 1 cup servings
