Zucchini bread sourdough protein pancakes

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, .25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Zucchini, 1 cup, grated and driedBaking Powder, .5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Whole Wheat Flour, .25 cupNut Topping, peanuts & pecans chopped, .5 serving EAS whey protein 2 servings sourdough starter, 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
Directions
Make sure the zucchini is dry. In a large mixing bowl combine the zucchini, flour, starter, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts. Stir until well blended. Add egg, and milk. Stir well. Add protein and blend. Add baking soda and stir. In a hot pan sprayed with pan spray, use a half cup measure to pour batter into pan. serve with unsweetened applesauce or homemade syrup. Yum!
