Susie's Zuchinni Bread

3 eggs1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. Brown sugar1/2 c. buttermilk1/2 c. canola oil1 3/4 c. flour1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. ginger1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. nutmeg2 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)1 c. raisins
beat wet ingredients till fluffy.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Stir in walnuts and raisins
Place in greased loaf pans. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour (May take longer) or until inserted toothpick comes clean.
Serving Size: makes 2 loaves or 30 pieces
