HCG Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
100 g. cottage cheesemilk (up to 1 tablespoon) - optionalto taste:garlic powderonion powderparsley flakes saltpepperother spiceswater or chicken broth
Directions
Pop some Lowfat Cottage Cheese into the blender with a little bit of milk, some Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and parsley flakes, and a generous pinch of salt. (Play with the spices, til you get it how you like it)
Blend until smooth - add some water or chicken broth to get it to your desired consistency.

We love this! My husband and I eat it up!
I make a whole bottle of it at a time. We measure out our 100 g and pour it on a huge salad, or eat it with raw broccoli or cauliflower if we're in a snacky mood. ;)
