Slow Cooker Potato Corn Chowder

Potato, raw, 4 cup diced Water, 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Flour, white, .25 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, dicedBacon, 6 medium slices, cooked
In your slow cooker, mix potato, corn, carrots, broth and water. Cover, cook on low heat setting for 6-8 hours.
In a small bowl mix flour into milk, stir into potato mixture. Increase the heat to High and cook for 20-30 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese and cook until melted. Garnish with Bacon (and green onions if desired)
