1 La Tortilla, Low-carb, Whole Wheat1 slice Horizon American Cheese2 slices (~1.5 oz) Deli Smoked Turkey2 Egg Whites
Place tortilla on plate. Tear cheese slice in half and place end-to-end in center of tortilla.
Spray small non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
Over medium-high heat, cook turkey until hot.
Place on top of cheese. Microwave tortilla with cheese and turkey for 20 seconds.
While tortilla is heating, cook scrambled egg white.
When egg is finished cooking, place in tortilla and roll up.
Serves 1.
