Cabbage Roll Soup1 pound 96% lean hamburger or ground bison or buffalo6 cups beef stockFresh ground pepperMinced garlicItalian seasoning (thyme, basil, parsley, sage)4 large tomatoes, diced or 4 cans organic, no-sugar added, diced tomatoes3 cups shredded green cabbageBrown the meat, rinse in a colander. Add to a cooking pot on medium.Add tomatoes. Add cabbage. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmeruntil cabbage is tender crisp. Add pepper, salt, Italian spices totaste.Serves 4
