Pasta with Vodka Cream Sauce

1/4 cup unsalted butter1/4 tsp Worchestershire Sauce1/2 cup vodka1 cup tomato sauce1/2 cup half and half (or heavy cream)1 cup grated parmesan cheese1 box of pasta**We make ours with Dreamfields Low-Carb Pasta
1. Place butter, vodka, and Worchestershire sauce in a pot. Melt butter and cook for about 3 minutes.
2. Add tomato sauce and stir to combine. Boil, then simmer at least 25 minutes. Taste periodically to make sure all vodka has cooked out. Stir occasionally.
3. Whisk in half-and-half, and heat for another 5-10 minutes. Stir.
4. Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
5. Boil pasta according to box directions. Top and enjoy!
