Cinnamon Hazelnut Apples

Ingredients
Apple, Gala (medium), 1 servingCinnamon, ground, 1 tbspDark Brown Sugar, 1 tspSteel Cut Oats, dry, 0.125 cupHazelnuts, blanched, 10 nuts
Directions
1) Cut apples into bite-sized pieces (if using an apple corer, cut the slices into 4 pieces each)
2) Add cinnamon and mix well
3) Microwave for 1 minute while grinding hazelnuts into powder
4) Add hazelnuts, brown sugar and oats and mix well
5) Microwave for 2 minutes or until apples and oats are soft, removing every 1 minute to stir well
6) Enjoy!
