agassifan beef & sweet potato frittata

Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef1 small sweet potato,, shredded1 small onion chopped6 large eggs, whipped/beatenhot sauce to taste
Directions
Using a 10 inch frying pan, saute beef, onions and sweet potato until cooked.

Pour eggs over the top and cook for a 1-2 minutes.

Place in 375 degree oven and bake for 25 minutes until set and puffed up.
