Butternut squash & Apples

Ingredients
1.50 Cups of cubed butternut squash3/4 of an apple diced1/4 cup of onionCouple squirts of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray1/4 cup of low sodium chicken brothdash of cinnamondash of black pepperI didn't add these, but it would taste great if you did.Sprinkle of Brown Sugar - optionaldried cranberries - optional
Directions
In a skillet, add your squirts of butter, add onions and apples,cook for about 2 minutes. Add your Butternut Squash, and season with cinnamon and black pepper.

Cook until vegetables and apple are tender.

If you want it sweeter, add a dash of brown sugar.

This recipe could serve 2, but I ate it all!!
