2 cups prepared instant potatoes1 cup egg beater1 cup white flour.5 cup paremsan cheese1 tbsp oinion flakes1 tbsp mrs. dash garlic & herb mix all together with electric mixer
Directions
heat a flat pan spray with pam
ladle 1/4 cup batter on to hot pan then flip over brown other side remove
