Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed) *Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Bacon, 5 medium slices, cooked (raw product Bacon grease, 12 tsp
Cook bacon and crumble, reserving 1/4 cup drippings. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
