Fannie Farmer Banana Nut Bread w/substitution

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas , mashed1/2 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)2 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with vegetable oil spray. Mix together egg substitute and mashed bananas. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
