Dark Chocolate Coconut Cake

* Egg, fresh, 10 large * 365 Organic Wildflower Raw Honey, 16 tbsp * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup * *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp * Coconut Oil, 1 cup * *Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour, 4 tbsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * *Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips, 8 oz * *Peanut Oil, .5 cup
preheat oven to 325
combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda in small bowl
blend eggs, coconut oil, melted honey, and vanilla in large bowl
add dry ingredients to wet and continue to blend
grease 2 9" round baking pans
pour batter into pans; divide evenly
bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
on very low heat, melt 7 oz chocolate chips into the peanut oil
let cakes cool and let icing cool
pour 1/3 of icing onto first layer of cake
add second layer of cake and pour remaining icing
top with remaining chocolate chips
