Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole, Low Carb

1/8 c olive oil1 cup mayo4 oz cream cheese1/4 cup heavy cream1/2 small onion, chopped1 egg, beaten1 bunch of broccoli..1 small head of cauliflower8 oz cheddar cheese, shreddedSalt/Pepper to taste1/4 tsp of Paprika
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Saute onion in olive oil.
3. Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 20 seconds.
4. Combine mayo, cream cheese, heavy cream, onion, and egg into one bowl. Mix together.
5. Add chopped broccoli florets into second bowl with shredded cheese.
6. Add mayo mixture, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the broccoli and cheese. Mix well together.
7. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is brown on top.
