Ingredients
Oat Bran 1/4 cupWheat Bran 1/8 cupPumpkin 1/2 cup1 egg3 egg whitesPlain or vanilla yogurt 1/2 cupvanilla or maple extract, 1 tspTruvia or other sweetner, 3 Tbsp or to tastebaking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Directions
mix all the ingredients by hand. Either place in large 6 muffin pan filling 4 of the holes and water in the other two, or double recipe and cook in a loaf pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
