Whole wheat banana muffins

3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup oats 1/2 oat bran 1 tsp baking powder 2 very ripe bananas1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened) 1/4 cup homeade apple sauce 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 cup Stevia extract (Use the one that comes in bulk not packets) 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients, except sugar, in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 1 minute. Beat in bananas. Mixture should be chunky not smooth. Add almond milk and vanilla and mix well.
Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients. Stir until well blended. Let mix sit for a few minutes.
Pour batter into 12 greased or sprayed muffin tins or lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
