Low Carb Peanut Butter cookies

Ingredients
2 cups nut flour **1 ½ sticks butter¾ cup Peanut Butter1 cup Brown sugar sweetener (not packed)2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda*mix of Almond, Hazelnut or Peanut (or all 3) nut flours.
Directions
Mix all wet, mix all dry (two bowls) then add together. Make 1 inch balls, flatten & “fork” if you like the classic look. Bake @375 – 8 to 10 minutes.
