40 clove Garlic Chicken

3 Garlic heads, cloves separated and peeled (about 40 cloves)3 Chicken Breast, no skin, Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp Sage, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Rosemary 1/2 tspSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.75 cup Olive oil to coat Chicken (approx 1 Tblsp)
Rub chicken breast w/ oil and season. Cut lemon in to slices and place over chicken. Place in fridge for 2-24 hrs.
When ready:
Place garlic in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Heat oven to 375, pour chicken broth with garlic coves over chicken , cover and and roast for 25 min; increase temp to 450 , uncover, and roast an additional 30-45 min. making sure the liquid is always present in baking dish.
