Healthy chocolate cake!

Ingredients
*Splenda Granulated, 2 cup*Flour, All Purpose Baking Flour Gluten Free, 1.75 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp *Morton salt substitute, 1 tsp*Skim Milk, 1 cup egg white, fresh, 3 large Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Boiling water, 1 cup
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat together the milk, egg whites, applesauce and vanilla then add wet mixture to dry ingredients.
Add boiling water and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. (The batter will be very thin.)
Pour into 13x9 baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
