Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
2 cans of black beans1 cup of thawed frozen white corn4 medium green onions (sliced)6 cloves of garlic (minced)1 med-large sweet potato (yields approx 2 cups of shredded potato) shredded1 Tbs ground cumin1 cup of rolled oats2 medium sized hot peppers (any variety will work(pick your spice))2 eggs1 Tbs olive oil
Directions
Drain and rinse black beans
saute green onion in olive oil
add garlic, hot peppers and cumin to pan
in the bowl of a food processor combine sauteed ingredients, black beans, shredded sweet potoato and rolled oats.
mix in corn and eggs
form into patties and broil about 4 inches from heat source 8 min on first side and 5 min on the other until crispy
