Pan Fried Corn

Ingredients
fresh cornbuttergarlicsugarcorn mealsalt pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic. Add sugar and corn meal. Add corn. Saute med-low with lid for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand 10 min after cooking.
