Ingredients
2 large Eggs2 tsp canned mushrooms2 tsp fresh chives2 tsp fresh tarragon1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
-- heat oil in frying pan
-- add mushrooms and garlic powder
--beat eggs, chives and tarragon in bowl until well mixed
-- pour eggs and herbs into pan over mushrooms
--scramble and serve
