Ingredients
3/4 cup olive oil3 scallions - chopped4 cloves garlic - minced2 sweet peppers (any or all colors) - chopped1/3 cup celery - chopped2 pounds tomatoes - chopped2 cucumbers - seeded (optional) and chopped2 cups Leafy Sprouts (alfalfa, clover, etc) - chopping optional1 cup Sprouted Beans (lentils, garbanzos, adzukis, etc)1 1/2 quarts vegetable or chicken stock2 cups white wine - dry2 tsp. lemon juice1/4 cup cilantro - chopped1/2 tsp. black pepper - ground1 Tbs. basil2 bay leaves1 Tbs. dill weedsalt to taste
Directions
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate.

Serve
Chilled.
