Chicken, and Hummus Rice

Ingredients
Thawed chicken, I cooked with 1 tsp of EVOO... I season nicely, and I usually prefer a blackened version of chicken! Cook Rice in Bulk... add a tbs of hummus to add additional flavor to what can be a Blan meal... :) Delish! Add any flavor, or flare... this meal can easily complement indian, and mexican cuisine! :)
Directions
Cook brown rice in bulk for quick, and easy accessible lunches!!! Adding Curry flavors really ignite a Indian flare... because of this, this is one of my Fav's for a gluten, complex carb... energy packed lunch! :)
