Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
2/3 c Cocoa, unsweetened1 2/3 c Splenda3/4 c to 1 1/4c Water1 t vanilla extract
Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, sugar and 3/4/ c water. Bring to a boil and let boil 1 minute. Slowly add more water till you acheive your desired consistency. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Make 8 - 1.5 T servings

* If you're not too worried about sugar, you could sub all Splenda for white sugar or half if you are sensitive to Splenda's taste. Additionally, you could use milk for the water.
