Ingredients
3 large whole sweet potatos with skin1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, or as much as you like5 Tbs splenda brwon sugar blend
Directions
boil sweet potatos for about 30-35 min or until fork tender. Peel potatos and mash in bowl with brown sugar and spices.
