Peanut Butter Balls with protein

1 cup organic peanut butter2 T. honey1/4 c. Whey Protein powder - chocolate OR vanilla (about 2 scoops) + additional if rolling into balls.1/4 Scottish/Irish/Old-fashioned oats, whirled in blender for 10 seconds1 dash saltOptional add-ins and/or to roll balls in:4 T. chopped nuts4 T. mini chocolate chips4 T. raisins3T. unsweetend coconut flakes
Mix all ingredients together. Stir to combine, adding protein powder as needed to firm up texture. (Will look like stiff cookie dough.)
Roll into balls (diameter about $0.25 piece). Chill in fridge or freezer. Balls will firm up. (Option: Roll balls in coconut or cocoa powder as you desire.)
Enjoy 2 balls are a balanced P-F-C snack.
