1/2 Cup PB 21/2 Cup Powdered Sugar1/2 Cup Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla1 Cup Fat Free Whipped Topping2 Sheets Reduced Fat Graham Crackers, Crushed
Cream cheese and PB2 with almond milk and sugar until creamy, fold in whipped cream and mix until well blended.
Transfer filling to pie pan and add crushed graham crackers for toping, freeze for about 1 - 2 hours.
Set at room temp for a few minutes to make it easier to cut and serve.
