The Best Crockpot Oatmeal

Ingredients
Directions
1 c steele cut (Irish) oats1/4 c wheat berries1-1/4 c 100% apple juice (no sugar added)3 c water 1/2 ts kosher salt
1. Using a 3 quart crock-pot, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place all ingredients in crock-pot (or slow cooker).
3. Cook on low, stirring half way through.
4. Eat while still warm, adding your favorites.
5. or
6. Separate in 4 containers for a quick breakfast on the go. When reheating in the microwave, add a bit of water and heat for approximately 2-3 minutes at 50% power.
I like to add my favorites in after reheating so that they are not mushy.
