1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin or shredded1 red pepper, sliced thin1 green pepper, sliced thin1 cup kale (lacinato) sliced thin1 cup celery, chopped3 large carrots, shredded1/4 large Bermuda onion, chopped or sliced thin2 T honey1 T rice vinegar2 T white balsamic vinegar2 T olive oil
Combine raw veggies and drizzle with dressing ingredients. Mix well, chill and serve.
