Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup canola oil2/3 cup brown sugar2 large eggs1.5 cup oats1.5 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt6 oz chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine oil and brown sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet mixture in several additions, mixing well after each. Stir in chocolate.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
