Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 tbsp. minced garlic1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce1 can (15 oz) petit diced tomatoes, undrained1 can (10oz) tomato soup1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15oz) corn, drained1 can (15oz) water1 tbsp. chili powderS&P to taste
Directions
Brown meat with on chopped onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 45 or more minutes.
