Cake:1/8 Cup Skim Milk 1/4 Cup Bisquick Heart Smart1/12 Cup Whole Wheat Flour2.5 tsp Splenda2 Large Egg Whites 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp 1 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light Cream Cheese Topping:2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese 2.5 Tsp Splenda1 Large Egg White1/4 Tbsp Lemon JuiceTopping:1/3 Cup Sugar Free Cherry Pie Filling
Mix all dry ingredients for cake
Mix all wet ingredients for cake
Mix together and pour into a greased bake dish (small dish)
Stir together all ingredients for cream cheese topping and pour over cake batter in dish
Pour on top sugar free cherry pie filling
Cook for 18-20 minutes, let it sit for quite a while so the cream cheese & cherries set after bake.
